We pride ourselves on our plain English service policies. No hiding behind the fine print here. Read our policies below and call us if you have any questions.

We are glad you have chosen Motorcars International to serve your car. The best business relations are based on mutual understanding. Please fell free to discuss any aspect of your service in advance. We are here to serve you.

Our business hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday. All cars must be paid for and picked up during business hours.

We cannot accept altered, two-party or post-dated checks, nor are we able to cash checks. A $30.00 charge will be placed on any returned checks.

We must have telephone numbers where you can be reached, or prior approval for work must be given.

Stall time will be charged at our prevailing hourly rate if we cannot reach you.

All estimates are just that - estimates - it is possible that additional work will be required after the estimated work has begun.

We will be glad to give you a written estimate upon request, as telephone estimates (for cars we have not examined) cannot be binding in any way.

Written estimates are based on conditions of the car the day it is inspected, and are good for a limited time.

Cars left over 2 days after work is completed will be charged $15.00 per day storage, beginning on the third day.

Our insurance prevents us from allowing you into the shop area. We have provided a waiting room for your convenience.
